Icing Options
Standard Butter Cream- comes in several flavors, most economical and is required for most decorations
Rich Butter Cream- creamy, decadent and works well as an all over cover, but not for details and decorations
Cream Cheese Icing- creamy, delicious and only works for all over cover
Fondant- sweet and easy to control, this icing will give your cake a smooth look that we can add many details and decorations to
Royal Icing & Gum Paste- will be used for most flower work and other detailed decorations
Ganache- will only be used for single layer or individual serving cakes
