Open Side Cakes

Open Side Cakes leave to edges of the cake undone. Cake and filling are exposed. These cakes can be left plain on top as well, but are usually topped with melting chocolate or a chocolate ganache.


Open Side cakes are ideally made with small round cakes. (9" or less)


6" Devil's Food Open Side Cake, Butter cream filling, white chocolate drip on top, handmade chocolate whipped cream, with maraschino cherries as a garnish.


Two tier Devils Food cake (8" and 6") chocolate butter cream filling and melting chocolate topping.
